Quality
All components are manufactured from virgin polymers, and shall be fit for purpose. The products shall be uniformed colour and within optical limits specified by AQUAFLOW.
Guarantee
Subject to normal wear, and atmospheric conditions, AQUAFLOW will guarantee that its systems will retain their decorative function for 10 years for white products.
Brown, black and grey products will weather within Industry Norm Limits, with only minor changes in surface appearance.
This guarantee period commences from the date of manufacture.
In the unlikely event that a defect appears within the period of guarantee, AQUAFLOW must be notified, in writing, of such defects.
The sole and exclusive remedial action in respect to the above guarantee or with respect to any other claims relating to defects or any conditions arising from the use of products supplied by AQUAFLOW, however caused, is limited to repair or replacement of such products at AQUAFLOW's discretion.
AQUAFLOW does not make any other representations or guarantees and in no event shall AQUAFLOW be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, special or consequential, including, but not limited to, the cost of installation.
Nothing in this guarantee affects the statutory rights of the consumer.
