Patio 6080's excellent loadbearing capabilities make it suitable for a wide variety of domestic and commercial applications, enabling doors to glide and fold effortlessly to one side and optimising use of the aperture width. In external situations, Patio 6080 creates a stylish opening to an outside terrace or garden. Internally, Patio 6080 is an excellent means of providing access to a conservatory or allowing a conference room to be opened out to create additional space.

Patio 6080's low threshold height is another particularly beneficial feature. In the home, it obviates the risk of toddlers or the infirm slipping or stumbling. In restaurants and hotels it assures the safety of customers as well as minimising accidents in the workplace.

Patio 6080 also provides an exceptional level of versatility, offering the facility to accommodate an integral Tilt and Turn sash within the door configuration that can be operated independently of the folding sashes to create a balcony/terrace door or additional options for access and ventilation.

Perfect protection against damp. Condensation is often a problem with ordinary thresholds, but Patio 6080's thermally-broken threshold and improved gasket system help to prevent this. An additional cover strip with anti-slide grooves helps prevent the ingress of dirt.

Very easy to adjust The hinges can be easily adjusted +/-3 mm with an Allen key. Variable fixing locations enable optimal adaptation to the profile system. In addition, various rebate upstand heights are possible.
