Roto In-line sliding products
Roto's 1800, in-line sliding hardware programme, offers four point security, adjustable tandem rollers, various handle options and a buffer stop. As well as an anti-lift pin, it offers the option of adding an anti-mishandling device, which prevents the hooks from being thrown before the door has been closed.

Tandem Roller
The tandem roller is available in the following formats:
- Standard 12mm wide carriage.
- Standard14 mm wide carriage.
- Slimline R (radiused track) 12mm wide carriage.
- Slimline V ("v" track) 12mm wide carriage.
Characteristics of the standard tandem rollers:
- Adjustable between 19mm and 26mm.
- Sash weight capability, 122kg per pair of rollers.
Characteristics of the slimline rollers:
- Adjustment between 15mm and 19 mm.
- Sash weight capability, 100kg per pair of rollers.
Common characteristics:
- No routing required - outer carriage locates in the eurogroove.
- Yellow passivated finish to comply with requirements of the following standards:
- BS7479 - Salt spray corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres.
- DIN50021 - Spray tests with different sodium chloride solutions.
- Plastic end blocks, making it easier to locate height adjuster and fixing screws.

- 17mm backset.
- Faceplate width16 mm.
- One piece lock assembly.

Accessories
Handle sets have both internal and external locking ability. They are available in white, gold and chrome finish.
This image shows a patio handle set with internal/external locking. They are available on white, gold and chrome finishes.
The standard roller is available in two widths; 12mm for conventional eurogrooves and 14mm for wider eurogrooves. Both versions are height adjustable from 19mm to 26mm, and can carry a maximum sash weight of 120kg.
Adjustable, slimline tandem rollers The slimline roller is 12mm wide to fit conventional eurogrooves. Its height can be adjusted from 15mm to 18.5mm, and it can carry a maximum sash weight of 100kg.

This device allows the hooks to be thrown only when the door has been closed, thus preventing damage to the mechanism.
