Polycarbonate with stainless steel back; an excellent combination

Introduction

DGS now stock a new WARM EDGE spacer CHROMATECH ultra. The spacer is a combination of POLYCARBONATE and STAINLESS STEEL. This combination gives a unique combination of a very low Ψ (Psi) value and workability on all known bending machines.

The polycarbonate has the advantage that it can be bent in cold condition, and does not bend back again, in combination with the stainless steel back it gives excellent corners and straight sides on the frames.

Features

High spacer stability and very strong corners enable a smooth production flow.
Can be bent on all current bending machines. (Saw for stainless steel)
Excellent corners give optimal conditions for butyle application.
